1. Satisfaction Guarantee

At Life Improvement Africa, we are committed to your satisfaction. We believe in the quality and effectiveness of our courses and materials.

2. Course Refunds

If you are not satisfied with a course you have purchased, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 30 days of purchase.
  • You have not completed more than 50% of the course.
  • You provide a valid reason for your dissatisfaction.

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 14 business days.

3. Physical Products (Books)

For physical products such as books, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item is in the original packaging.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping costs for returning the item are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or incorrect.
